2010 'Celebrity Rehab 4' with Dr. Drew cast includes Rachel Uchitel, Jason Wahler, Jason Davis, and Janis Dickinson

Vh1 announced the complete 2010 'Celebrity Rehab 4' cast list. The list includes Tiger Woods alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel, former 'Hills' star Jason Wahler, 'Party of Five' star Jason London, teen heart throb Leif Garrett, and former super model Janice Dickinson.

Rachel Uchitel is a New York party girl who is best known for her alleged affair with golfer Tiger Woods. Uchitel was known as Tiger Woods mistress number one. She's also rumored to have had an affair with 'Bones' star David Boreanaz. According to online reports Rachel Uchitel has a problem with pills.

Jason London is best known for his role on the popular 90's show 'Party of Five.' London has recently been in the news with claims that he was kidnapped and forced to take drugs. London has battled drug and alcohol problems for years.

Janis Dickinson is the self proclaimed world's first 'super model.' Dickinson has appeared not only on the runway but also in reality tv shows such as 'The Surreal Life' among others. Her drug problems are prescription medications and alcohol.

Leif Garrett is a former 1970's heart throb. He has been struggling from drug and alcohol addictions for over 30 years. In 1979 he was in a car accident that left his best friend paralyzed. Earlier this year Leif was arrested for having heroine in his shoe.

Jason Wahler was the bad boy of 'Laguna Beach' and 'The Hills.' The once boyfriend of Lauren Conrad has been arrested for DUI and assaulting a woman.

Jason Davis isn't the most famous of 'celebrities' in 'Celebrity Rehab.' He is an heir to an oil fortune.

 Frankie Lons also isn't technically a celebrity. She is the mother of pop star Keyshia Cole. She also appeared on the BET reality show 'Frankie and Neffe.'
